1. What time does the show start?

The show begins at 5:00 PM sharp. We encourage all guests to arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

 

2. When do doors open?

  • VIP Guests: Doors open at 3:00 PM. Enjoy early access to the VIP Lounge, shop exclusively with our vendors, and indulge in refreshments before the show.

  • General Admission: Doors open at 4:00 PM for all other guests.

 

3. Where is the event located?

UDC Theater of the Arts
4200 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008

Free parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the theater, located on the University of the District of Columbia campus.

 

4. Is parking free?

Yes! Parking is free and located conveniently on campus in the parking garage next to the theater.

 

5. What should I wear?

This is a Black-Tie Required event. Dress to impress in your formal evening attire — this production will be filmed, and we want every guest to shine.

 

6. Will there be photography or video allowed?

The show will be professionally recorded. Personal photography or video recording is not permitted during the performance. Ushers will kindly remind anyone found recording to refrain.

🎥 Official videos of the performance will be available for purchase following the show. Details will be shared on-site and through official communication channels.

 

7. Will I have a chance to take photos with the cast?

Yes! Following the show and after official promotional photos are taken, cast members will be available for photo opportunities both inside the theater and in the main hall.
Please note: photos are only permitted after the performance — not during the show.

 

8. Can I purchase tickets on the day of the show?

Yes. You may purchase tickets by visiting thecollectifproject.com.
After purchasing, please present your receipt and verify your name at the entrance of the theater for admission.

 

9. Ticketing Policy

Everyone entering the theater must be on the official ticketing list — this includes General Admission, VIP, Sponsors, Vendors, and Complimentary List guests.
No exceptions will be made at the ticketing table.
This policy ensures a secure and seamless experience for all attendees.

 

10. How do I check in when I arrive?

This is a virtual ticketed event — no printed tickets are required.
At check-in, please provide your name exactly as it appears on your ticket purchase.
If your name is not listed on the ticketing list, entry will not be permitted. VIP and sponsored guests will be verified by name using the same process.

 

11. What special experiences are available for VIP guests?

VIP guests receive:

  • Early entry at 3:00 PM

  • Access to the VIP Lounge with refreshments

  • Exclusive shopping time with event vendors before the general audience enters

  • Preferred seating in the theater

 

12. Will vendors be available for shopping?

Yes!

  • VIP guests may shop with vendors in the main hall beginning at  3:00 PM.

  • General Admission guests may shop beginning at 4:00 PM and during intermission.
    Please note: the shopping experience will not take place during the show — only before the performance and during intermission.

 

13. The Collectif Project Merchandise

Official Collectif Project merchandise will be available for purchase at our merch table.
💳 Credit and debit cards only — no cash sales will be accepted.

 

14. Will food or drinks be available?

Light refreshments will be available for VIP guests in the lounge. Only guests wearing official VIP wristbands will be granted access to the VIP Lounge.

 

15. Is there anything special planned upon arrival?

Yes — guests will be greeted by special hosts and surprises at the theater entrance as a prelude to the evening’s experience.
